Christine Hoppen

completed her bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in psychology at the University of Cologne, including a major in educational psychology. Through many years of supporting and accompanying students according to the person-centred approach, she gained extensive experience in working with children and young people. She works as a freelance facilitator in the project "Give discrimination no chance: Instigating peace-building". She also conducts the workshops in English.

Dr. Brigitte Hielscher

studied social sciences and German literature for teaching at grammar schools. After working as a consultant for an employers' association and as a PR manager in a retail group, she founded Imago Agentur für Kommunikation in 1991, focusing on communication and management training for companies and institutions. Since 1997, she and her team have been offering workshops for students and teachers of all school types.

Rahel Kaesmacher

completed her bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in psychology at the University of Cologne. Through her acting activities and her experience in improvisational theatre she has learned to deal with group dynamics in a flexible and spontaneous way. She works as a freelance facilitator in the project "Give discrimination no chance: Instigating peace-building". She also conducts the workshops in English.


Michael Binz

studied philosophy, history and German language and literature (Magister) as well as personnel and organisational development (Master). In the time before his freelance work, he acquired extensive professional experience in corporate groups and medium-sized companies, including many years of experience as head of a consulting institution and other leading positions. Since 2003, he has been working as a freelance consultant, trainer and coach in his field of expertise of personnel and organisational development for companies, public administrations as well as educational and cultural institutions throughout Germany.



Turgay Turgut

studied German and English language and literature. He works as a translator and interpreter and has many years of professional experience in adult education. Since 2009, he has been working as a freelance consultant in the field of intercultural communication and intercultural management. Until 2017, he worked as a German instructor for foreign football professionals at BVB Dortmund.
